Housekeeping needs to be much more consistent, particularly in cleaning common areas!!! The high parking fees are simply outrageous for a hotel that lacks more accessible amenities!!!

We had a fun weekend getaway! The rooftop bar and pool were awesome spots to hang out. Our server was super friendly and really got us in the mood for dinner. The chicken quesadilla? So good! Just wish the self-parking area was a bit easier to find. Lots of cool places nearby too!

However, the valet service was somewhat slow, and the room key had multiple issues, requiring frequent replacements. The dining experience left a bit to be desired as I was disappointed by the limited menu options available during lunch.

Can't say enough about our experience. the decor and vibe of the hotel were wonderful, and its location near the Plaza allowed us to easily walk to shops and grab a bite at nearby restaurants, making our weekend city strolls so enjoyable.
